Ayushi Saha is a Research Assistant at The Trauma Group, where she supports research exploring the psychological and physiological impacts of early-life adversity. Her work focuses on trauma-informed frameworks and the long-term effects of systemic and interpersonal violence, particularly among marginalized communities. She holds a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology from KIIT School of Liberal Studies, with experience in behavioural science research, stakeholder analysis, and psychosocial intervention design. Ayushi is deeply interested in the intersections of trauma, health equity, and belief updating, and hopes to contribute to culturally grounded approaches that bridge cultural and social psychology , neuroscience, behavioural science, and policy. Inher free time she likes to read books, draw and write poetry.
