Amelie Mazza is a research assistant at under the mentorship of Dr. Anat Talmon. In 2023 she obtained her M.S. in Psychology from the University of Zurich. In her master thesis she investigated the impact of cultural values on trauma sequelae. Her research interests also include the physiological consequences of childhood maltreatment. Amelie aspires to pursue a PhD in clinical psychology. She hopes to ultimately contribute to the development of effective and culture sensitive trauma-focused interventions. In her free time, Amelie loves reading books, playing the piano and going to concerts.
