Eugenia Puglisi is a research assistant with the reauma group. She graduated with her BA in English Literature and a minor in Biology from Stanford University. She is interested in the effects of self-compassion on how we verbalize, process, and regulate our emotions, as well as the long-term effects of individual trauma. She aspires to study medicine, and hopes to understand how a comprehension of our psychophysiological processes can be used to develop more holistic, individualized healthcare. In her free time, she enjoys writing poetry and creative prose, dancing, mixing and collecting music, and exploring lush, green places.
